Yes. BoxCast allows you to simulcast (or simultaneously broadcast) to an unlimited number of destinations, including:
Each of our streaming plans includes at least 10,000 viewer hours a month — typically more than enough for a majority of broadcasters — and no limit on the number of viewers. If you think you’ll have extraordinarily high viewership, you should consider our Premium plan, which gives you 20,000 viewer hours a month.
The Essential, Growth, and Experience plans allow you to stream an unlimited number of events, up to eight hours in length. If your organization holds single events that are longer than eight hours or multiple events that overlap, you should consider our Extended Broadcast Duration and Concurrent Broadcasts add-ons.
It’s up to you. The Growth, Experience, and Premium plans include one year of video archive storage. The Essential plan includes a 90-day video archive.
If you want to avoid storage fees after the included time period, you can download or export broadcasts — at no extra cost — and configure your account to auto-delete older videos.
Want to ensure your audience has uninterrupted access to past events? Simply choose to store archived broadcasts for a small monthly storage fee (which is based on broadcast hours, not data usage or file size).
No. While we provide a free trial for the BoxCast platform, we don’t provide a BoxCaster encoder during the trial period.

A general rule of thumb is: Have twice the amount of upload bandwidth available as you will need for your stream. Since many factors — including video resolution, network congestion, and hardware (like routers, network switches, or cabling) — can impact stream performance, we always recommend a test stream before your event.
Visit our Support Center for more information on recommended streaming bandwidth.
In addition, BoxCast’s Broadcaster app, BoxCaster, and BoxCaster Pro leverage a patent-pending protocol that automatically chooses the optimal resolution, frame rate, and bitrate while configuring your stream. This ensures your viewers get the best possible video experience, regardless of the constraints of their real-world internet connection.
