You can review and change your personal or organizational information which would include, but is not limited to, your name, e-mail, company, address, city, state, zip code, country, primary and secondary phone number.

You must promptly update your information if it changes.

Upon your request, BoxCast will remove your contact information from its databases. Please email your deactivation request to: BoxCast will deactivate this information as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law.

In some circumstances, BoxCast will retain in its files information you have requested it to remove to resolve disputes, troubleshoot or enforce the Terms of Service Agreement. Further, BoxCast can never completely remove prior information from its databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored "back up" systems. Therefore, you should not expect complete removal of all of your personally identifiable information from its databases in response to your requests.
