Todd Elliott
Founder and President, FILO
Todd is a writer, speaker, technical artist in the local church and founder of FILO. Formerly the Technical Arts Director at Willow Creek Community Church, he started FILO in 2015 to help other technical artists become more effective so that the local church can be more effective. In his free time he enjoys being inspired by Winston Churchill speeches and visiting the gravesites of U.S. presidents. Residing near Chicago, he and his wife Bissy have three kids and a dog…none of whom are into production.
FILO (First In Last Out) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that exists to equip and encourage church technical artists around the world. We do this through skill development and community at Conference, in Cohorts, in Coaching and with our Resources.
Brett Bzdafka
Senior Growth Marketer + Marketing Manager, BoxCast
Brett is a seasoned tech start-up generalist with a background in sales, partnerships, product leadership, and all things marketing. At BoxCast, you’ll find him translating technical AV production concepts into practical and understandable language that anyone can apply.
Outside of work, Brett is a student at Trinity Anglican Seminary and is going through the Ordination process within the ACNA with hopes to one day serve in full time Christian ministry. He’s also the Youth Group Leader at his local church and occasionally assists in worship leading, as well. But let’s be real, most of his time is spent co-wrangling his 3 kids with his wife, Angela. Isn't that what life’s all about, anyway?
