David May
Founder, M3 Creative Company
David May is the founder of M3 Creative Company, a Nashville-based marketing and music services firm serving churches, artists, and organizations across the country. With more than 15 years of experience across worship ministry, music production, and digital marketing, David has developed a unique ability to bridge the gap between creativity and technology.
After studying at Berklee College of Music and spending years traveling with bands and serving on church staffs in creative roles, David launched M3 in 2020 to provide specialized marketing and music production services. His work reflects a deep understanding of both the artistic and technical sides of ministry.
Today, David also serves as Community Manager at BoxCast, supporting users of Mixing Station Anywhere and BoxCast streaming while continuing to equip churches to create more cohesive and effective worship experiences.
Brett Bzdafka
Marketing Manager, BoxCast
As a Marketing Manager at BoxCast, Brett creates various forms of content that delivers real value to readers, listeners, and viewers — from the fundamentals of live streaming to advanced strategies in video and audio production.
With a diverse career spanning pastoral ministry, software sales, product management, and growth marketing, Brett has helped organizations like BoxCast and Blumira expand their impact. At BoxCast, he helped grow the platform into a leading live streaming provider for churches. At Blumira, he played a key role in launching the Blumira Agent, extending SIEM cybersecurity coverage from on-premises to hybrid and remote environments.
Brett’s unique mix of technical, creative, and theological insight has led him to speak at industry events, teach as an adjunct college professor, and serve ministries on multiple continents. Outside of work, he enjoys disc golf, board games, Batman graphic novels, and time with his family within his local Anglican community.
