Ken Roberts
Founder, FORM + The Legacy Leadership Group
With more than 40 years in pastoral ministry, Ken has spent his life walking alongside leaders as a pastor, mentor, and guide. Today, his focus has narrowed to a single question: how do we actually become more like Christ in the everyday reality of our lives?
Ken is the visionary leader and primary teaching pastor of New Life Community in Maple Grove, Minnesota, where he has served since 2007. Prior to that, he spent over two decades at Worldview Community Church in Ohio, including 20 years as Senior Pastor.
Through FORM and The Legacy Leadership Group, Ken equips leaders with practical pathways for spiritual formation, helping them grow from the inside out and invest in others for long-term impact. His work centers on developing authentic, missional communities marked by depth, maturity, and purpose.
Ken lives in Minnesota with his wife, Missy. They have two adult children who are both involved in ministry across the United States.
Gene Sherman
Rector, Christ Church Westshore
Gene Sherman serves as the Rector of Christ Church Westshore, where he has led since 2007. After more than a decade working in education, Gene and his family followed God’s call into full-time ministry, bringing with him a passion for teaching, formation, and the life of the local church.
He earned his degree from Trinity Anglican Seminary in 2003 and has since devoted his ministry to cultivating thoughtful, grounded expressions of Anglican liturgy that shape both individual faith and corporate worship.
Gene’s leadership reflects a commitment to helping churches grow in depth, clarity, and intentionality, particularly in how their rhythms and practices form the people they serve.
He and his wife, Kim, have four children and nine grandchildren. Outside of ministry, Gene enjoys reading, watching hockey and baseball, and playing golf.
Ian Shire
Former Leader Program Manager, Authentic Intimacy
Ian has served on the front lines of ministry as the Leader Program Manager at Authentic Intimacy, where he trained and supported pastors and leaders to engage issues of sexuality with biblical clarity and compassion.
Before joining Authentic Intimacy in 2023, Ian spent years in pastoral ministry, leading and developing discipleship and care initiatives within the local church. His work today is driven by a deep passion to help men and women pursue Christlike sexual integrity and experience genuine freedom through the gospel.
Ian holds a BA in English from Baldwin Wallace University and is currently pursuing a Masters of Biblical Counseling at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. His approach blends theological depth with practical application, equipping leaders to navigate complex and often sensitive conversations within their churches.
Ian and his wife, Renae, have been married since 2005 and are raising their three children in Cleveland, Ohio.
Brett Bzdafka

As a Senior Growth Marketer at BoxCast, Brett creates various forms of content that delivers real value to readers, listeners, and viewers — from the fundamentals of live streaming to advanced strategies in video and audio production.
With a diverse career spanning pastoral ministry, software sales, product management, and growth marketing, Brett has helped organizations like BoxCast and Blumira expand their impact. At BoxCast, he helped grow the platform into a leading live streaming provider for churches. At Blumira, he played a key role in launching the Blumira Agent, extending SIEM cybersecurity coverage from on-premises to hybrid and remote environments.
Brett’s unique mix of technical, creative, and theological insight has led him to speak at industry events, teach as an adjunct college professor, and serve ministries on multiple continents. Outside of work, he enjoys disc golf, board games, Batman graphic novels, and time with his family within his local Anglican community.

In this session, we’ll talk honestly about integrity, accountability, and what it looks like to pursue real spiritual depth. Not just for yourself, but in a way that helps your church grow in it as well.
Leadership development doesn’t stop with experience
No matter how long you’ve been in ministry, there’s always another step to take. Early on, it’s about learning and gaining traction. Later, it becomes about endurance, perspective, and investing in others. But growth doesn’t happen by accident.
In this session, we’ll walk through how to think about leadership across different seasons of ministry, with practical insight on how to keep growing, avoid stagnation, and lead in a way that leaves a lasting impact.
