Will my price be changing?

We have matched you with what we hope is the best BoxCast plan for your needs. In most cases your plan will cost the same or less, and you will have more features. If you're not pleased with the suggested plan, or think there might be an error, please reach out to your BoxCast CSM and they'd be happy to find a plan more suited to your budget and needs!

Can I keep using Stream Monkey during my BoxCast trial?

Yes, your Stream Monkey account will stay fully active while you're testing out the BoxCast platform. After your trial period is up and you choose a plan, only then will your account from Stream Monkey be closed out completely.

Can I continue to use my own encoder, or will I need hardware from BoxCast once I migrate?

BoxCast's platform is flexible and allows you to use your preferred hardware. If you’re looking to upgrade your experience by taking advantage of the super-reliable BoxCast Flow streaming protocol, BoxCast offers our own line of encoders that will expand your streaming options.

What if I have special features on my Stream Monkey plan?

If you have a special set up (features not normally included in your plan) with Stream Monkey and are worried about them being transferred over, please reach out to your streaming coach and they'll make sure you're set up with the right plan.
