Title: Technical Support Specialist

Reports to: VP of Operations

Location:  Cleveland, OH (remote)

Position Type:  Part Time (15-20 hours)

FLSA Status:  Exempt

We are seeking an eager individual to join our dynamic team of experienced staff to assist in providing technical support to customers and viewers, as well as provide account management services.  

Objective:

The technical support specialist is responsible for proactively supporting clients and providing account management services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establishing "delightful" working relationships with clients
  • Providing Tier-1 technical support and guidance to resolve issues
  • Answering phone calls and email inquiries from clients and viewers
  • Responding to all concerns within a timely manner
  • Tracking incidents in support system per company standards
  • Resolving hardware and software problems
  • Coordinating referrals to appropriate technical resources and personnel

Flexible Shifts Include:

  • Friday from 5pm - 9pm
  • Saturday from 9am - 2pm
  • Sunday from 7am - 1pm

Qualified Applicants Must Have:

  • Previous experience in a professional setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact appropriately with customers of all levels and backgrounds
  • Willingness to learn and work well with others, as well as independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Extensive computer knowledge
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems
  • Ability to mult-task in a fast-paced environment
