Reports to: VP of Operations

Location:  Cleveland, OH

Position Type:  Part-Time (20-25 hours per week)

FLSA Status:  Exempt

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the office, assisting with callers and visitors, and handling duties for company executives. The ideal candidate is efficient, a team player, and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. 


  • General clerical duties including shipping, photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, and filing.
  • Answering general phone inquiries and providing Tier-1 technical support
  • Coordinating and maintaining staff office space, office supplies, phones, company credit cards, and office keys
  • Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments for company executives
  • Scheduling travel arrangements for company executives


  • Previous experience in a professional setting
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
  • Willingness to learn and work well with others, as well as independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Extensive computer knowledge
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems
