As the People Operations Generalist, you’ll be responsible for hiring and supporting our amazing team while cultivating our fast-paced, collaborative culture. You are an integral business partner, not just someone who takes candidates through the process.

What You'll Do

  • Drive and lead the full-cycle recruiting process from initial reach out to offer acceptance
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to establish job descriptions, define intake criteria, and manage candidate communication
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience and ensure that we are measuring the most relevant skills in a consistent way across the candidate pool
  • Build our employer brand in the community and on social platforms to attract top talent
  • Develop and facilitate the onboarding experience to integrate new employees into our company in the most productive and enriching way
  • Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to bring our values to life
  • Help administer benefits and roll out new perks to enhance our total rewards package

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, organizational development, business administration or related field
  • 2+ years experience in a corporate recruiting or human resources role
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
  • High degree of emotional intelligence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and openness to change
  • High attention to detail and process

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth business
  • Experience implementing and utilizing an applicant tracking system
  • Experience working with an HR management system
